Hi all, it's almost June.  Guess what!?  I've got my 'arcade' room almost set up, to a point where I can actually sit down in front of my Amigas to play games!!!  I am keen to start up GOTHEM again, and plan to post a couple of new games this weekend!

Amiga Retro Brisbane is pleased to present ARB Auctions - CLOSED
« on: November 28, 2022, 10:30:41 am »
Amiga Retro Brisbane is pleased to present ARB Auctions at the following link:

https://arbauctions.biz

This is an online auction site for retro gear in Australia.

The system is working and we have listings, including two computers (a C64 and A500) and possibly a C64GS in coming days, plus many more items including magazines, software, and accessories.

New buyers still need to be manually approved, but this will be forthcoming and we are looking at an automated system for this.  We do not have a payments system yet, so payment is limited to cash on pickup and bank transfer.  We are also limiting buyers to people physically located in Australia for the time being.

Please support the platform by regularly checking what is available, and bidding on gear you would like to buy.  If the system is successful, we will invite more sellers to the platform in coming months (please PM me or one of the other admins if you are interested but it will not be for a few months, after any bugs are ironed out).

We wish to thank "Intangybles" for his tremendous effort to get the back end up and running, and "NinjaKat" for his work on the front end interface.
