NABU PC / NABU PC - My summary - Info & Resourses (Updated)
« Last post by intangybles on April 30, 2023, 06:38:14 pm »
What Is NABU? (Natural Access to Bi-directional Utilities)

A personal home computer was released to consumers in 1982 to connect families and businesses on a worldwide network.

Founded in Ottawa, Canada, in 1982, families and schools used cable TV modems to connect NABU PCs to a country-wide network. In addition to standard PC capabilities, the NABU computer could download software and information content through the cable feed. Applications included games, programming languages, and news.

May I suggest this is a good place to start - don't be put off by many of the negative and flippant youtube articles you may have seen!

The home of The NABU Network is here.

More to come! The MAME emulator is working a treat!

We welcome all NABU users (and interested retro users) in Australia to join in the fun!

I have started my own Vampire adventure and I will be posting about it here - just as soon as time permits!
